Suez recycle sculpture
Commissioned by Suez, Suffolk energy-from-waste facility, Lodge Lane, Great Blakenham.
Using the motif of seeds from a flower falling in order to grow the next generation of the plant, the sculpture echoes Suez aim to generate power by recycling waste. Like the soil for the flower sculpture, the grille at its base is filled with material from the from the incinerator. These waste materials are themselves further recycled.
